Данная работа посвящена исследованию психологической сепарации от родителей и копинг-стратегиям студентов бакалавриата высших учебных заведений Санкт-Петербурга. В процессе исследования был проведен анализ степени выраженности компонентов сепарации от родителей, копинг-механизмов и особенностей социально-психологической адаптации. Использовались валидные диагностические методики, при обработке которых применялись методы математической статистики. В ходе анализа были определены преобладающие компоненты сепарации от родителей, ведущие копинг-стратегии и степень адаптированности студентов, а также выявлены их значимые различия. Установлены статистически значимые связи между психологической сепарацией, копинг-стратегиями и социально-психологической адаптацией.
This work is devoted to the study of psychological separation from parents and coping strategies of students at higher educational institutions in St. Petersburg. During the study, an analysis was carried out of the severity of the components of separation from parents, coping mechanisms, and characteristics of socio-psychological adaptation. Were used valid diagnostic techniques with mathematical statistics methods. The analysis identified the predomination components of separation of parents, leading coping strategies, and the degree of adaptation of students, and also identified their significant differences. Statistically significant connections have been established between psychological separation, coping strategies and socio-psychological adaptation.
