The work is devoted to the development of a methodology for conducting construction control during construction work in the individual housing construction sector using information technology and with the participation of the Customer as a key person. The research set the following goals: 1. Analyze the housing construction market and its trends. 2. Analyze the individual housing construction market, its problems and growth opportunities. 3. Analyze BIM technologies and their capabilities. 4. Develop a methodology for conducting construction control during individual housing construction using BIM and the participation of the Customer. 5. Analyze the effectiveness of the methodology using the example of a project. In the course of the work, the main risks were identified that affect the quality of construction products, increased costs and missed deadlines, and possible ways to mitigate these risks were identified. Based on the proposed solutions, a methodology was developed for the interaction of all participants in the construction process, and their areas of responsibility were determined. Using the example of an individual housing construction project, the effectiveness of the methodology was analyzed. To achieve these results, the following software was used in the work: Revit 2021, Microsoft Project, Synchro Pro 2020, Microsoft Office, PlanRadar.
