The project aim is to develop a scientifically grounded and experimentally tested methodology for teaching masters students creative writing based on commercial texts. To achieve the research goal, the following tasks need to be solved: to explore the linguodidactic potential of commercial texts for teaching creative writing; to develop the content for teaching English creative writing on the basis of commercial texts to Master`s Students Specializing in Public Relations; to create a set of activities and tasks for teaching English creative writing on the basis of commercial texts to Master`s Students Specializing in Public Relations; to test experimentally the effectiveness of the methodology of teaching English creative writing on the basis of commercial texts to Master`s Students Specializing in Public Relations. The relevance of the problem is apparent due to the lack of theoretically substantiated and empirically confirmed array of activities for teaching PR students English creative writing based on commercial texts. The created set of activities is suitable for promoting creative writing skills in students pursuing non-linguistic studies. The data for the research were collected at Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in the academic year 2023/2024.  The study led to the creation of the methodology of teaching English creative writing on the basis of commercial texts to Master`s Students Specializing in Public Relations.
