This research aims to comprehensively explore the impact of digital technologies on special event organization, identify the most effective digital tools for event planning, and assess the challenges and opportunities associated with the adoption of these technologies. The study based on a conceptual and methodological framework; the author also conducted a comprehensive analysis of the center for project activities Fablab Polytech, identified problems regarding use of digital technologies in event organization, also proposed appropriate recommendations and a project for involving more participants in the new event.
