The object of study is a thermoelectric generator with n-Mg2(Si, Sn) and p-ZnSb branches. The aim of the work is to create computer models of thermoelectric generator of different configurations based on Mg2Si0.4Sn0.6-ZnSb and optimization of their geometrical parameters. As a result of the study, the fundamentals of thermoelectricity and materials n-Mg2Si0.4Sn0.6 and p-ZnSb, which have figure of merit is greater than one, have been considered. Together, they represent a promising thermoelectric pair for the development of medium-temperature thermoelectric generators. Models of thermoelectric modules operating under standard and space conditions were also created and their parameters were optimized. COMSOL Multiphysics and Wolfram Mathematica application programs were used. The obtained results were analyzed.
