В данной работе рассматривается влияние Конституции Российской Федерации на формирование конституций постсоветских стран, выявляются основные характеристики и правовые аспекты этого влияния. Результатом исследования является выявление проблемных аспектов в рамках изучения специфики влияния Конституции Российской Федерации на конституции постсоветских стран, сопровождающееся соответствующими выводами и предложениями по решению, полученных в ходе исследования проблем.         Для достижения данных результатов был поставлен ряд задач: 1. Рассмотреть понятия, формы и исторические причины развития конституционных основ в Российской Федерации. 2. Проанализировать роль и общую характеристику влияния Конституции Российской Федерации на страны постсоветского пространства. 3. Провести сравнительный анализ изменений в конституционно-правовых основах систем органов государственной власти стран постсоветского пространства с целью выявления общих тенденций и особенностей. 4.    Рассмотреть более детально отдельную ветвь государственной власти постсоветского государства для выявления особенностей её становления и развития.

This study examines the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the formation of constitutions of post-Soviet countries, identifies the main characteristics and legal aspects of this influence. The result of the study is the identification of problematic aspects within the framework of the study of the specifics of the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the constitutions of post-Soviet countries, accompanied by relevant conclusions and proposals for solving the problems obtained in the course of the study. In order to achieve these results, a number of objectives were set: 1. Consider the concepts, forms and historical reasons for the development of constitutional foundations in the Russian Federation. 2. Analise the role and general characteristic of the influence of the Constitution of the Russian Federation on the post-Soviet countries. 3. Conduct a comparative analysis of changes in the constitutional and legal foundations of the systems of public authorities of the post-Soviet countries in order to identify common trends and peculiarities. 4. Examine in more detail a separate branch of state power of the post-Soviet state in order to identify the peculiarities of its formation and development.
