The paper discusses the expected result of the formation of a unified legal organization and the interaction mechanisms between the participating countries. Within the framework of the New Silk Road project, it is possible to build effective and mutually beneficial entities that will lead to trade, economic, political, humanitarian, and legal relations between the countries of Eurasia that take into account the national interests of the participants. In the project, which requires research into the degree of its impact on international law by introducing developments to it or not, answer the following tasks: 1. Determine the degree of political and legal integration of the countries participating in the “New Silk Road” project. 2. Study the legal and geopolitical interests of the countries participating in the “New Silk Road” project. 3. Considering the trends and prospects of the legal organization of international integration associations within the framework of the “New Silk Road” project. 4. Identifying the problems and prospects of Eurasian legal interaction within the framework of the Belt and the Silk Road. 5. Identifying priority areas for legal integration within the framework of the New Silk Road project.
