The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for the export of educational services using the example of the Russian-African Network University (RAFU). Main results of the study: – the characteristics and potential of the countries of the African region have been considered; the interaction between Russia and Africa has been studied, and an analysis of the export of educational services to African countries has been carried out; – an analysis of the effectiveness of RAFU activities has been carried out and recommendations have been developed for improving processes; – the study proposes the ways to modernize the activities of RAFU through the introduction of agile thinking and the creation of a digital platform based on blockchain technology. The scientific novelty of the study is the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the network university and the rationale for introducing agile thinking.
