The aim of the study is to develop recommendations for stimulating and supporting innovative business using the example of organizations in East Asia. The study was carried out on the basis of scientific literature, regulatory documents, as well as interviews with experts and representatives of innovative activities. Research subject: mechanisms and conditions for stimulating and supporting innovative business. Research methods: comparative analysis, system analysis, statistical analysis, as well as the method of expert assessments and case studies. The main results of the study: – confirmation of the critical role of innovative business as the main driver of economic growth and competitiveness; – identification of barriers to the development of innovative business; – examination of successful examples of support for innovative business in East Asia; – identification of key success factors for innovative enterprises. Application field: theoretical understanding of the issues in stimulating innovative entrepreneurship. The scientific novelty of the study is deepening the understanding of mechanisms and conditions that foster the development of innovative entrepreneurship, as well as evaluating and critiquing existing methodologies and practices in this area. Information technologies internet was used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
