The aim of the study to study the prospects for the integration of artificial intelligence in personalized medicine on the example of a "smart room" in clinical practice and evaluate its impact on treatment results. The study was carried out on the basis of Almazov National Medical Research Center. Research subject: Methods and tools of artificial intelligence in healthcare system of Almazov National Medical Research Center. Research methods: general scientific research methods: data analysis, infographic and schema tools, comparative analysis, method of evaluation of economic efficiency. The main results of the study: – the theoretical and methodological aspects of artificial intelligence are studied; – the characteristics and analysis of the organizational and economical activities of the Almazov National Medical Research Center are given; – the expediency of introducing artificial intelligence in personalized medicine; – the calculations of the economic efficiency of integration of artificial intelligence have been made. Application field: application of the results of work in the integration of artificial intelligence in the field of healthcare. The scientific novelty of the study is determination the feasibility of integration of artificial intelligence in personalized medicine. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
