The title of the masters thesis: “Development of a strategy for using products of the Russian forest industry for the development of the Egyptian furniture industry”. The aim of the study is to analyze and formulate the impact of the use of forest based sustainable wood on the development of the Egyptian furniture company REFURN. The study was carried out on the basis of Sustainable management of natural resources and strategic thinking. Research subject: Development of business plan for an enterprise to develop the furniture industry in Egypt according to the market analysis and history of trade with the Russian federation based on sustainable business strategies. Research methods: Theoretical and analytical studies of the impact of using Russian forest based products in industry. The main results of the study: – The strategic aspects of sustainable development; – The economic impact of the use of natural resources on REFURN; – Economic yield on both Egyptian and Russian communities; – New industrial enterprises are pushed into using environmental friendly products; –Calculations of company services’ performance and cash flow. The research is based on the formulation of previous theoretical studies and mathematical calculations, results of microeconomic and economic features with statistical analytics and environmental aspects based on the current global conditions and the demands of market for sustainable clean materials. The achievement of the economic efficiency due to the demand of the Egyptian market to the natural wood resources is applicable to Russian timber according to the studies and other data featured in this research.

Тема магистерской диссертации: «Разработка стратегии использования продуктов российской лесной промышленности для развития египетской мебельной промышленности». Целью исследования Цель проекта – проанализировать и сформулировать влияние использования экологически чистой древесины на развитие египетской мебельной компании REFURN. Исследование выполнялось на базе Устойчивое управление природными ресурсами и стратегическое мышление. Предмет исследования: : Теоретические и аналитические исследования влияния использования продукции российского леса в промышленности. Основные результаты исследования: – Стратегические аспекты устойчивого развития; – Экономическое влияние использования природных ресурсов на REFURN; – Экономическая выгода как для египетской, так и для российской общины; – Новые промышленные предприятия подталкиваются к использованию экологически чистой продукции; – Расчеты эффективности услуг компании и движения денежных средств. Исследование основано на формулировке предыдущих теоретических исследований и математических расчетов, результатах микроэкономических и экономических характеристик со статистической аналитикой и экологическими аспектами, основанными на текущих глобальных условиях и потребностях рынка в устойчивых чистых материалах. Согласно исследованиям и другим данным, представленным в настоящем исследовании, достижение экономической эффективности за счет потребности египетского рынка в природных древесных ресурсах применимо и к российской древесине.
