Основная цель работы заключается в исследовании эффективности применения специальных экономических знаний в процессе контроля и выявления нарушений в строительстве. Для достижения цели поставлены задачи: − изучить теоретические аспекты применения специальных знаний при осуществлении контроля и выявлении нарушений в строительстве; − изучить особенности проведения контрольных мероприятий, связанных с исполнением договорных обязательств подрядчиками ПАО «Группа ЛСР»; − провести анализ эффективности деятельности ПАО «Группа ЛСР» по проведению проверок, связанных с контролем и выявлением нарушений; − дать рекомендации по совершенствованию подходов к использованию специальных знаний в области контрольных мероприятий. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью улучшения системы контроля и выявления нарушений в строительной отрасли. Информация была получена из отечественных и зарубежных научных исследований и официальных источников сети Интернет. Для обработки данных использовался программный пакет MS Office. Практическая значимость заключается в предоставлении инструментов для эффективного использования специальных экономических знаний в контроле и выявлении нарушений в строительстве.

The main goal of this final qualifying work is to study and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of special economic knowledge in the process of monitoring and detecting violations in the construction industry. To achieve the goal, the following tasks are set: – To study the theoretical aspects of the application of special knowledge in the control and detection of violations in the construction industry. – To analyze the arbitration practice of considering cases related to offenses in the construction industry. – To study the specifics of conducting control measures related to the fulfillment of contractual obligations by contractors of the LSR Group company. – To analyze the effectiveness of the activities of the LSR Group company in conducting inspections related to the control and detection of violations. – To give recommendations on improving approaches to the use of special knowledge in the field of control measures related to the control and detection of violations. The relevance of this work is due to the need to improve the control system and identify violations in the construction industry. The information was obtained from domestic and foreign scientific research, official Internet resources and reports of the LSR Group company. The MS Office (Excel) software package was used to process the data and perform all calculations. The practical significance lies in the provision of tools for the effective use of special economic knowledge in the control and detection of violations in construction. The results of the study can be directly applied by construction companies, regulators and economists to optimize control processes, ensure financial sustainability of projects, comply with legislation and improve the overall efficiency of construction activities.
