Целью работы является разработка проекта внедрения МИС для сети медицинских центров. Задачи работы: выявление проблем, требующих информационной поддержки; выбор решения; разработка проекта внедрения информационной системы; оценка экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению. Работа выполнялась на базе материалов компании «РуКлиника». Методы исследования: сбор и обработка данных, анализ данных, сравнительный анализ, мультикритериальный анализ решений, моделирование архитектуры предприятия, построение календарного плана, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты работы: выявлены проблемы компании «РуКлиника», требующие информационной поддержки; осуществлен выбор решения с использованием мультикритериального анализа; разработан проект внедрения информационной системы; произведена оценка экономической эффективности проекта по внедрению. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами проведенной оценки эффективности: внедрение МИС обеспечивает эффективную работу клиники с клиентами и возможность развития компании. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the work is the development of a project of HIS implementation. Tasks of work: analysis of the companys activities, identification of problems requiring automation, formation of requirements for the HIS implementation; selection of a decision; development of a project of HIS implementation; evaluation of the economical effectiveness of the implementation of HIS. The research was carried out on the basis of the company RuClinika Research methods: data collection and processing, business architecture modeling, comparative analysis, evaluation of the economical effectiveness of the project. The main results of the study: the analysis of activity is carried out, problems were revealed, the requirements for the HIS have been formed; variants of HIS are considered and the most suitable choice is selected; a project for the implementation of HIS has been developed; economical effectiveness of the project was evaluated. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the economical effectiveness evaluation: the introduction of HIS makes work of a company more effective and provides better management in work with clients, and opens the opportunity to develop. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
