Целью работы является анализ и выдача рекомендаций по формированию производственной программы промышленного предприятия (на примере АО «НПП «ЭЛАР»). Были решены следующие задачи: - изучены теоретические основы формирования производственной программы предприятия, определены основные показатели, принципы и особенности формирования производственной программы; - проанализирована внешняя и внутренняя среда предприятия АО «НПП «ЭЛАР», проведен SWOT анализ деятельности АО «НПП «ЭЛАР»; - разработаны предложения по формированию производственной программы АО «НПП «ЭЛАР», рассчитана экономическая эффективность внедрения предложений по формированию производственной программы АО «НПП «ЭЛАР». Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью формирования производственной программы предприятия с учетом имеющихся производственных мощностей компаний, а также внедрению предложений по оптимизации технологического процесса изготовления пластин с кристаллами ФПЗС с сокращением технологического маршрута их изготовления. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств. Оценка инвестиционной привлекательности проекта проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Excel). Предложена программа по изменению технологического процесса производства кремниевых пластин с кристаллами ФПЗС. Результаты разработки производственной программы и экономической оценки ее эффективности могут быть применены компанией АО «НПП «ЭЛАР».

The purpose of the work is to analyze and provide recommendations on the formation of the production program of an industrial enterprise (using the example of JSC NPP ELAR). The following tasks were solved: - the theoretical foundations of the formation of the production program of the enterprise have been studied, the main indicators, principles and features of the formation of the production program are determined; - the external and internal environment of the enterprise of JSC NPP ELAR is analyzed, a SWOT analysis of the activities of JSC NPP ELAR was carried out; - proposals have been developed for the formation of the production program of JSC NPP ELAR, the economic efficiency of the implementation of proposals for the formation of the production program of JSC NPP ELAR has been calculated. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to form the production program of the enterprise, taking into account the existing production capacities of companies, as well as the introduction of proposals to optimize the technological process of manufacturing plates with FPGA crystals with a reduction in the technological route of their manufacture. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The investment attractiveness of the project was assessed using the MS Office (Excel) package. A program is proposed to change the technological process of manufacturing silicon wafers with FPGA crystals. The results of the development of the production program and the economic assessment of its effectiveness can be applied by JSC NPP ELAR.
