Цель работы состоит в разработке концепции реконструкции приспособления Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича в Санкт -Петербурге. В ходе работы были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучен и проанализирован отечественный и зарубежный опыт реконструкции дореволюционных зданий на территории Санкт-Петербурга; 2. Собрана информация об истории Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича. 3. Разработаны проектные решения по Доходному дому М.С. Лялевича под жильё комфорт-класса; 4. Разработана концепция реконструкции и приспособления к современным условиям под жильё комфорт-класса Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича. Объектом исследования является - заброшенное здание Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича в Санкт -Петербурге. Предметом исследования является концепция по реконструкции и приспособлению Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича в Санкт -Петербурге. В результате выполнения работы был изучен отечественный и зарубежный опыт реконструкции исторических зданий на территории исторического города, на основе которого были выбраны мероприятия по реконструкции здания Доходного дома М.С. Лялевича, находящегося в зоне регулирования застройки.

The object of research is the abandoned building of the Apartment Building M.S. Lyalevich in St. Petersburg. The subject of research is the concept of reconstruction and adaptation of the Apartment House of M.S. Lyalevich in St. Petersburg. As a result of the work, domestic and foreign experience in the reconstruction of historical buildings on the territory of the historical city was studied, on the basis of which measures were taken to reconstruct the building of the Apartment Building M.S. Lyalevich, located in the building regulation zone.
