Целью работы является описание процесса разработки проекта внедрения лабораторной информационной системы в патологоанатомической лаборатории. Задачи работы: − проанализировать предметную область и текущее состояние компании; − выявить список проблем, определить ограничения, сформировать функциональные и технические требования к системе; − обосновать выбор решения, которое будет использоваться в ходе разработки информационной системы; − описать процесс формирования команды и выделить ключевые этапы работ по проектированию и внедрению системы; − рассчитать и оценить экономическую эффективность разработки и внедрения информационной системы; − провести анализ рисков и спланировать антирисковые мероприятия. Работа выполнялось на базе открытых материалов компании, а также источников из сети Интернет. Методы исследования: сбор и анализ информации, моделирование бизнес-процессов компании, сравнительный анализ, расчет затрат и выяснение эффективности проекта. Основные результаты работы: проведен анализ текущих бизнес-процессов, разработан план по внедрению информационной системы Практическая значимость работы определяется экономически оправданным внедрением информационной системы, так как по мнению экспертов компания получит значительный прирост финансов, сокращение времени выдачи заключений и повысит качество обслуживания контрагентов. Выводы: Поставленные задачи ВКР решены, достигнуты цели, проект реализован.

The purpose of the research is description of the project development process for the introduction of a laboratory information system in a pathology laboratory. Tasks of the work: − analyse the subject area and the current state of the company; − identify the list of problems, define constraints, form functional and technical requirements for the system; − justify the choice of a solution to be used in the course of information system development; − describe the process of team formation and highlight the key stages of work on system design and implementation; − calculate and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of information system development and implementation; − analyse the risks and plan anti-risk measures. The research was carried out based on the companys public materials, as well as sources from the Internet. Research methods: collection and analysis of information, modelling of business processes of the company, comparative analysis, calculation of costs and finding out the effectiveness of the project. The main results of the study: the analysis was carried out, the information system was developed and implemented. The practical importance of the work is determined by the cost-effective implementation of the information system, as according to experts the company will have a significant increase in finances, reduce the time of issuing medical opinions and improvement the quality of service to counterparties Conclusions. The tasks of the work are solved, the goals are achieved, the project is realised.
