The given work is devoted to the analysis of the export potential of a food industry enterprise specializing in confectionery production. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Theoretical aspects and classification of the enterprise’s export potential were studied. 2. Internal and external factors influencing export potential were identified. 3. A comprehensive analysis of SEVER-METROPOL LLCs export potential was carried out using SWOT, PESTEL, and GAP analysis methods. 4. The companys competitiveness in the foreign market was assessed. 5. Constraints and barriers affecting the companys potential entry into international markets were analyzed. The work was carried out at “SEVER-METROPOL”, Limited Liability Company. The research examined the company’s current resources, production features, product range, and the external market environment. Trends in the international confectionery market and potential export directions were also explored. The result of the work is an in-depth assessment of the company’s export potential based on a systematic approach and the use of strategic analysis tools.
