Цель данного исследования –выявить и изучить специфические риски, с которыми сталкивается ПАО «Газпром», а также предложить меры по их снижению. Данная тема сохраняет свою актуальность в современных условиях ведения бизнеса, поскольку тщательная оценка и анализ рисков помогают компании предотвратить непредвиденные неудачи, адаптироваться к изменяющимся рыночным условиям, реализовать комплексные стратегии управления рисками, что в конечном итоге обеспечивает ее долгосрочную жизнеспособность и стабильность.В исследовании использовались различные источники информации, включая отечественные и зарубежные научные издания, официальные онлайн-платформы и отчеты аналитических агентств. Сбор данных осуществлялся преимущественно через поисковую систему Google, что позволило получить доступ к актуальной и свежей информации. Для получения комплексного представления о внутренней и внешней среде ПАО «Газпром» в исследовании использовались такие аналитические инструменты, как PESTEL(PEST) и SWOT-анализ. Эти инструменты позволили выявить внешние макроэкономические факторы, а также внутренние сильные и слабые стороны.

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the specific risks encountered by PJSC Gazprom, as well as to propose measures for risk reduction. This topic remains highly pertinent in the current business environment because conducting thorough risk assessments and analyses helps the company prevent unexpected setbacks, adapt to changing market conditions, and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, ultimately ensuring its long-term viability and stability. The research utilized a variety of information sources, including domestic and international academic publications, official online platforms, and reports from analytical agencies. Data collection was primarily conducted through the Google search engine, enabling access to relevant and up-to-date information. To gain a comprehensive understanding of PJSC Gazprom’s internal and external environments, the study employed analytical tools such as PESTEL (PEST) and SWOT analyses. These tools facilitated the identification of external macroeconomic factors as well as internal strengths and weaknesses. Based on the analysis of key performance indicators and environmental factors, tailored recommendations were developed to help minimize risks for PAO Gazprom. These suggestions are designed to be practical and aligned with the current operational landscape of the company. The final thesis is structured into three main chapters, complemented by an introductory section, a concluding chapter summarizing key findings, and a comprehensive list of sources referenced throughout the research. This structured approach ensures a thorough exploration of the topic and provides actionable insights for stakeholders involved with PAO Gazprom.
