Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по реализации стратегии импортозамещения на рынке компьютерной техники в условиях международных санкций. В процессе работы были решены следующие задачи:1. Анализ рынка компьютерной техники 2. Рассмотрение теоретических аспектов импортозамещения и терминов, имеющих схожее значение3. Разработка рекомендаций на основе проведенного анализа4. Создание проекта для системного интегратора на рынке и его последующий анализ с точки зрения экономической эффективности. Актуальность темы обусловлена серьезными изменениями на геополитической арене и, в частности, на всем рынке компьютерной техники с введением санкции в 2022 году и уходом большинства западных брендов, которые спровоцировали резкий спрос на отечественные разработки и ввели ограничения и запреты на ввоз техники на территорию Российской Федерации. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно-исследовательской литературы, а также официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств.

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for the implementation of an import substitution strategy in the computer market in the context of international sanctions. In the course of the work, the following tasks were solved: 1. Analysis of the computer equipment market 2. Consideration of the theoretical aspects of import substitution and terms with similar meanings 3. Development of recommendations based on the conducted analysis 4. Creation of a project for a system integrator in the market and its subsequent analysis in terms of economic efficiency. The relevance of the topic is due to serious changes in the geopolitical arena and, in particular, in the entire computer equipment market with the imposition of sanctions in 2022 and the departure of most Western brands, which provoked a sharp demand for domestic developments and imposed restrictions and bans on the import of equipment into the territory of the Russian Federation. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific research literature, as well as official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The work resulted in recommendations on import substitution of computer equipment for both commercial and state-owned companies, supported by calculations of server sales by the system integrator and justification of their economic efficiency.
