Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Анализ и оценка экспортного потенциала предприятия (на примере компании «Северсталь»)».Объектом исследования является деятельность металлургического предприятия в условиях внешнеэкономических ограниченийи санкционного давления.Предмет исследования –экспортный потенциал ПАО «Северсталь» как одного из крупнейших игроков российского рынка металлургической продукции и его трансформация в условиях изменяющейся мировой конъюнктуры.Цель работы –анализ текущего состояния экспортного потенциала компании «Северсталь» и разработка практических рекомендаций по его укреплению и расширению на перспективных зарубежных рынках с учетом внутренних ресурсов предприятия и внешней экономической среды.В процессе выполнения выпускной квалификационной работы были решены следующие задачи: дана теоретическая характеристика понятия экспортного потенциала и методов его оценки; проанализированы внутренние и внешние факторы, влияющие на экспортную деятельность компании; проведена оценка текущих экспортных операций «Северстали» и ее позиции на внутреннем и международном рынках; выполнен SWOT-анализ предприятия; использованы методы факторного анализа и модель Морозова для определения уровня экспортной эффективности; предложены стратегические направления повышения экспортного потенциала в условиях санкций, включая диверсификацию рынков, цифровизацию процессов и развитие логистических решений.В результате исследования была разработана стратегия повышения экспортного потенциала ПАО «Северсталь», включающая рекомендации по адаптации маркетинговой политики, расширению географии поставок, развитию высокомаржинальных направлений и использованию цифровых технологий в управлении экспортной деятельностью. Работа имеет прикладной характер и может быть использована при стратегическом планировании и управлении внешнеэкономической деятельностью промышленных предприятий.

The topic of the graduate qualification work is «Analysis and assessment of export potential using the example of Severstal». The object of the research is the activity of metallurgical enterprise in the conditions of foreign economic restrictions and sanctions pressure. The subject of the study is the export potential of PJSC ‘Severstal’ as one of the largest players in the Russian market of metallurgical products and its transformation in the changing global environment. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of Severstals export potential and develop practical recommendations for its strengthening and expansion in promising foreign markets, taking into account the companys internal resources and the external economic environment resources of the company and the external economic environment. In the process of fulfilment of the final qualification work the following tasks have been solved: theoretical characterization of the concept of export potential and methods of its assessment; analysis of the current state of export potential of Severstal and development of practical recommendations for its strengthening and expansion in prospective foreign markets taking into account internal resources of the enterprise and external economic environment.
