Данная работа посвящена совершенствованию организации грузовых перевозок логистической компании. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ грузоперевозок и оценка макросреды исследуемого предприятия. 2. Обзор текущих рыночных условий и оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия. 3. Исследование бизнес-процессов ООО «Быстрые транспортные решения». 4. Разработка мероприятий по совершенствованию текущей организации грузоперевозок для рассматриваемого предприятия и их интеграция с существующими бизнес-процессами. 5. Оценка эффективности разработанных процессов. Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Быстрые транспортные решения». В ходе работы были рассмотрены теоретические основы организации грузовых перевозок, текущее экономическое состояние компании и рынка логистических услуг, а также способы совершенствования организации перевозок на предприятии. Результатом работы стала разработка для ООО «Быстрые транспортные решения» мероприятий по совершенствованию текущей деятельности компании с помощью внедрения ряда маркетинговых мероприятий и покупки новых автомобилей с рефрижераторной системой, была проведена оценка эффективности предложенный мероприятий.

The given work is devoted to improving the organization of freight transportation of the logistics company. In the process of this research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of freight transport and assessment of the macro environment of the researched enterprise. 2. Review of the current market conditions and assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise. 3. Study of business processes of Fast Transport Solutions Ltd. 4. Development of measures to improve the current organization of cargo transportation for the enterprise under consideration and their integration with existing business processes. 5. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed processes. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company ‘Fast Transport Solutions’. In the course of the work the theoretical basis of freight transport organization, the current economic state of the company and the market of logistics services, as well as ways to improve the organization of transport at the enterprise were considered. The result of the work was the development of measures for LLC ‘Fast Transport Solutions’ to improve the current activities of the company through the introduction of several marketing activities and the purchase of new cars with refrigerator system, was assessed the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
