Целью работы является к омплексный анализ влияния введения и распространения цифрового рубля на ключевые экономические показатели Российской Федерации и разработка методики для его количественной оценки . Б ыли решены следующие задачи: - в ыделены основные этапы развития цифровых финансовых активов ; - и зучено текущее положение CBDC в национальных финансовых системах ; - в ыявлены роль и преимущества цифрового рубля для граждан, бизнеса, финансовых институтов и государства ; - п роанализирован текущий этап проекта цифрового рубля ; - м етодология для оценки влияния цифрового рубля адаптирована для российской экономики ; - п роведены сценарные симуляции шоков и анализ импульсных откликов. Актуальность темы обусловлена ранней стадией внедрения проекта цифрового рубля, а также малым количеством работ по теме ВКР. Источниками информации выступили данные отечественной и зарубежной научно - исследовательской литературы, официа льных Интернет - ресурсов и аналитических агентств . Анализ и обработка данных проводилась с помощью пакета Яндекс.Документы и языка программирования Python . Разработана DSGE - модель оценки влияния внедрения цифрового рубля на экономику Российской Федерации, готовая к калибровке на реальных данных после завершения пилотной фазы .

The given work is devoted to performing a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the introduction and distribution of the digital ruble on key economic indicators of the Russian Federation and the development of a methodology for its quantitative assessment. The following tasks were solved: - the main stages of the development of digital financial assets were identified; - the current status of CBDC in national financial systems was studied; - the role and advantages of the digital ruble for citizens, businesses, financial institutions and the state were identified; - the current stage of the digital ruble project was analyzed; - the methodology for assessing the impact of the digital ruble was adapted to the Russian economy; - scenario simulations of shocks and impulse response analysis were conducted. The relevance of the topic is due to the early stage of the implementation of the digital ruble project, as well as the small number of works on the topic of the final qualification work. The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The analysis and processing of data was carried out using the Yandex.Documents package and the Python programming language. A DSGE model for assessing the impact of the introduction of the digital ruble on the economy of the Russian Federation has been developed, ready for calibration on real data after the completion of the pilot phase.
