The aim of the research is to study the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence in teaching vocabulary to students studying in the field of “Computational Linguistics” and to develop a subsystem of lexical exercises for the Language Hub Intermediate textbook using AI. The research set the following goals: 1. To study theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of lexical skills in foreign language education. 2. To analyze modern trends in the use of AI in teaching foreign languages. 3. To determine the didactic potential of AI tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Twee, MagicSchool, ElevenLabs) in teaching vocabulary. 4. To develop a system of exercises for the development of lexical skills using AI. 5. To conduct a pedagogical experiment using the developed system of exercises. 6. To evaluate the effectiveness of using AI in the development of lexical skills. The study resulted in the development of a set of exercises for developing lexical skills based on a number of AI tools, such as (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Twee, MagicSchool и ElevenLabs) and proving its effectiveness in the educational process.
