Объектом исследования является компания «Mengniu». Это предприятие пищевой промышленности (молочные продукты). Целью работы является  разработка методологических положений совершенствования системы управленческого учета на предприятиях пищевой промышленности. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке новых методов и применении современных инструментов управления и планирования в контексте особенностей пищевой промышленности, с целью совершенствования управленческого учета на предприятиях данной отрасли. Были решены следующие задачи: 1.Изучить теоретические и методологические основы управленческого учета. 2.Комплексный анализ объекта исследования с учетом особенностей предприятий пищевой промышленности. 3.Оценка действующей системы управленческого учета, разработка новых методов и применение современных инструментов управления. 4.Внедрение новых методик на предприятии Mengniu Group и демонстрация эффективности предложенных решений.

The object of the study is the company “Mengniu”. It is an enterprise of food industry (dairy products). The purpose of the work is to develop methodological provisions for improving the management accounting system at the enterprises of food industry. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of new methods and application of modern management and planning tools in the context of the peculiarities of the food industry, in order to improve management accounting at the enterprises of this industry. The following tasks were solved: 1.To study the theoretical and methodological foundations of management accounting. 2.Comprehensive analysis of the object of study taking into account the peculiarities of food industry enterprises. 3.Evaluation of the current system of management accounting, development of new methods and application of modern management tools. 4.Implementation of new methods at the enterprise Mengniu Group and demonstration of the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
