Данная работа посвящена исследованию цифрового противостояния между КНР и США и перспектив развития взаимоотношений двух стран на международной арене. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) Изучение теоретических аспектов «информатизации» и «цифровизации». 2) Изучение процесса цифровизации международных отношений. 3) Анализ особенностей развития цифровизации в КНР и США. 4) Определение основных направлений и вызовов во взаимоотношениях КНР и США в сфере цифровизации. 5) Определение позиций и перспектив развития диалога двух стран по вопросу формирования глобального управления Интернетом и системы международной кибербезопасности. Для достижения поставленных задач использовался исторический и сравнительный анализ, поскольку были рассмотрены этапы развития цифровизации КНР и США, разные модели управления Интернетом. Также использовался метод кейс-стади, так как специфика цифрового противостояния была показа на примере взаимных торговых ограничений. В результате проведенного исследования были рассмотрены феномен информационного общества, история цифровизации в КНР и США и аспекты и история развития цифрового противостояния. Прогнозировать точное развитие цифрового конфликта сложно, однако ожидается стабилизация взаимоотношений. Данное исследование предоставляет базу для дальнейших исследований в области международных отношений и для лучшего понимания рисков и возможностей, возникающих в результате цифрового противостояния.

This work is devoted to the study of the digital confrontation between the PRC and the USA and the prospects for the development of relations between the two countries in the international arena. The research set the following goals: 1) Studying the theoretical aspects of “informatization” and “digitalization”. 2) Studying the process of digitalization of international relations. 3) Analysis of the development peculiarities of digitalization in the PRC and the USA. 4) Identification of the main directions and challenges in the relationship between the PRC and the USA in the field of digitalization. 5) Determination of positions and prospects for the development of dialog between the two countries on the issue of formation of global Internet governance and the system of international cybersecurity. To achieve the set goals, historical and comparative analysis was used, as the stages of development of digitalization of the PRC and the USA, different models of Internet governance were considered. The case study method was also used, as the specifics of digital confrontation were shown on the example of mutual trade restrictions. As a result of the study, the phenomenon of information society, the history of digitalization in the PRC and the US and the aspects and history of the development of digital confrontation were considered. It is difficult to predict the exact development of the digital conflict, but the relationship is expected to stabilize. This study provides a basis for further research in the field of international relations and for a better understanding of the risks and opportunities arising from digital confrontation.
