Цель работы: разработка и внедрение модели управленческого учета на предприятиях полиграфической отрасли. Для достижения поставленной цели были разработаны задачи: 1. Исследование теоретических аспектов формирования системы управленческого учета и систематизация теоретических подходов к управленческому учету. 2. Анализ деятельности предприятия полиграфической отрасли и выявление особенностей, влияющих на формирование системы управленческого учета. 3. Разработка модели управленческого учета с учетом специфики полиграфической отрасли. 4. Разработка методики учета затрат для полиграфического предприятия. 5. Апробация и оценка эффективности предложенной методики. В настоящей работе реализована задача по разработке и внедрению более совершенной системы управленческого учета на примере предприятия ТОО «Первое Рекламное» с учетом отраслевых особенностей полиграфической отрасли. В работе описан метод внедрения и апробация результатов путем реализации инвестиционного проекта по вводу в эксплуатацию новой системы учета на базе 1с.

Objective of the work: development and implementation of a management accounting model at the enterprises of the printing industry. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were developed: 1. Study of theoretical aspects of the formation of a management accounting system and systematization of theoretical approaches to management accounting. 2. Analysis of the activities of an enterprise of the printing industry and identification of features influencing the formation of a management accounting system. 3. Development of a management accounting model taking into account the specifics of the printing industry. 4. Development of a cost accounting methodology for a printing enterprise. 5. Testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. This work implements the task of developing and implementing a more advanced management accounting system using the example of the enterprise TOO "Первое Рекламное" considering the industry specifics of the printing industry. The work describes the method of implementation and testing of the results by implementing an investment project for commissioning a new accounting system based on 1C.
