Цель работы – на основе авторской методики провести внутренний аудит бизнес-процесса «Участие в государственных закупках» в ООО «Умные технологии» для повышения уровня экономической безопасности организации, направленной на минимизацию рисков в области закупочной деятельности путем оптимизации контрольных процедур, разработки и внедрения превентивных механизмов. В ходе выполнения работы был решен ряд следующих задач: – изучить теоретический фундамент бизнес-процесса «Участие в государственных закупках» и выявить присущие риски; – проанализировать риски бизнес-процесса «Участие в государственных закупках» в ООО «Умные технологии» и контрольные процедуры; – запланировать и провести внутренний аудит бизнес-процесса «Участие в государственных закупках» в соответствии с составленной программой задания; – разработать рекомендации по улучшению бизнес-процесса «Участие в государственных закупках» в ООО «Умные технологии» и оценить их влияние на экономическую безопасность организации. Объектом исследования является ООО «Умные технологии», а предметом изучения – бизнес-процесс «Участие в государственных закупках». Источниками информации выступали данные отечественной научно-учебной литературы, официальных Интернет-ресурсов и аналитических агентств, а также данные о процессах и результатах деятельности ООО «Умные технологии», включая финансовую отчетность. Актуальность темы работы обусловлена развитием отрасли и повышением внимания к обеспечению эффективного управления основным бизнес-процессом.

The purpose of the work is to conduct an internal audit of the business process "Participation in public procurement" at Smart Technologies LLC based on the authors methodology in order to increase the level of economic security of the organization aimed at minimizing risks in the field of procurement activities by optimizing control procedures, developing and implementing preventive mechanisms. In the course of the work, a number of the following tasks were solved: – to study the theoretical foundation of the business process "Participation in public procurement" and identify the inherent risks; – to analyze the risks of the business process "Participation in public procurement" in Smart Technologies LLC and control procedures; – plan and conduct an internal audit of the business process "Participation in public procurement" in accordance with the assignment program.; – develop recommendations for improving the business process "Participation in public procurement" at Smart Technologies LLC and assess their impact on the economic security of the organization. The object of the study is Smart Technologies LLC, and the subject of the study is the business process "Participation in public procurement". The sources of information were data from domestic and foreign scientific and educational literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies, as well as data on the processes and results of the activities of Smart Technologies LLC, including financial statements. The relevance of the topic of the work is due to the development of the industry and increased attention to ensuring effective management of the main business process.
