В данной выпускной квалификационной работе предметом исследования является изучение финансовых результатов коммерческой организации за исследуемый период, а в качестве объекта рассмотрено ООО «Газпром Инвест». Целью работы является разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию системы управления финансовыми результатами и повышения эффективности деятельности рассматриваемой организации. Были решены следующие задачи: - изучить теоретические основы учета и анализа финансовых результатов предприятия; - проанализировать организационно-экономическую характеристику ООО «Газпром Инвест»; - провести анализ финансовых результатов ООО «Газпром Инвест» за исследуемый период; - выявить основные факторы, влияющие на финансовые результаты деятельности организации; - разработать рекомендации по совершенствованию системы учета и анализа финансовых результатов ООО «Газпром Инвест», направленные на повышение эффективности  управления финансовыми ресурсами компании. Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью компаний в создании фундаментальной базы для принятия взвешенных управленческих решений и в поддержки стабильного развития предприятий. В качестве методов исследования выбраны общенаучные, такие как анализ и синтез, индукция и дедукция, группировка и классификация, системный и ситуационный анализ, сравнение. Проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности с помощью специализированного ПО (Microsoft Office Excel).

In this graduation thesis, the subject of the study is the study of the financial results of a commercial organization for the period under study, and LLC «Gazprom Invest» is considered as the object. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the financial performance management system and increasing the efficiency of the organization in question. The following tasks were solved: - to study the theoretical foundations of accounting and analysis of financial results of the enterprise; - to analyze the organizational and economic characteristics of LLC «Gazprom Invest»; - to analyze the financial results of LLC «Gazprom Invest» for the period under study; - to identify the main factors affecting the financial performance of the organization; - to develop recommendations for improving the accounting system and analyzing the financial results of LLC «Gazprom Invest», aimed at improving the efficiency of managing the companys financial resources. The relevance of the topic is determined by the need for companies to create a fundamental basis for making informed management decisions and to support the stable development of enterprises. The research methods chosen are general scientific, such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping and classification, system and situational analysis, and comparison. The analysis of financial and economic activity using specialized software (Microsoft Office Excel) is carried out.
