Разработка проектной документации осуществлялась в соответствии с требованиями Постановления Правительства №87. Все разделы проекта выполнены с учётом действующих нормативных документов. В рамках работы спроектировано здание бизнес-центра высотой 105 м. Также проведён функционального назначения окружающей застройки, чтобы определить какие коммерческие помещения оптимально расположить на 1 этаже. В ходе исследования были решены следующие задачи: − обзор и анализ научной литературы по теме; − определение территории исследования; − анализ функционального зонирования территории; − выделение преобладающего типа застройки; − выявление дефицитов в инфраструктуре района строительства; − разработка рекомендаций по функциональному наполнению первого этажа. При разработке проекта были использованы следующие программные комплексы: Revit 2023, AutoCAD 2024, SCAD Office 21.1, Smeta WIZARD 5, Pyrosim, Pathfinder, MS Project, MS Office, MS Excel, nanoCAD, QGIS, Navisworks.

The development of the project documentation was carried out in accordance with the requirements of Government Decree No. 87. All sections of the project are executed taking into account the current regulatory documents. As part of the work, a 105 m high business center building was designed. An analysis of the functional purpose of the surrounding building was also carried out in order to determine which commercial premises should be optimally located on the 1st floor. The following tasks were solved in the course of the study: − review and analysis of scientific literature on the topic; − definition of the research area; − analysis of the functional zoning of the territory; − highlighting the prevailing type of building; − identification of deficits in the infrastructure of the construction area; − development of recommendations on the functional content of the first floor.
