Целью исследования является повышение эффективности процессов обслуживания и ремонта в отопительной компании через внедрение системы управления техническим обслуживанием и ремонтом (CMMS). Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «РСТ Энерджи». Предмет ВКР процессы технического обслуживания и ремонта в компании ООО «РСТ Энерджи». Методы исследования:  Моделирование бизнес-процессов, сравнительный анализ вариантов решения, оценка экономической эффективности, планирование проект с использованием диаграммы Ганта. Основные результаты исследования:  − выявлены проблемы деятельности компании на основе произведенного анализа процессов;  − построена модель мотивационного расширения, процесс представлен в нотации BPMN;  − выбрана наилучшая CMMS-система, исходя из требований и ограничений, на основе анализа рынка;  − разработан план внедрения системы;  − рассчитана стоимость проектных операций и экономическая эффективность проекта;  − выявлены риски проекта. Областью применения результатов ВКР является автоматизация процессов ТОиР в отопительной компании с использованием CMMS-системы. Научной новизной является разработка и обоснование методики автоматизации процессов ТОиР в компании ООО «РСТ Энерджи» с использованием CMMS-системы для повышения общей эффективности деятельности предприятия. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута.

The purpose of the research is to improve the efficiency of maintenance and repair processes in a heating company through the implementation of a maintenance and repair management system (CMMS). The research was carried out on the basis of RST Energy LLC. The subject of the thesis are maintenance and repair processes in RST Energy LLC. Research methods:  Business process modeling, comparative analysis of solution options, economic efficiency assessment, project planning using a Gantt chart. The main results of the study:  − problems of the companys activities were identified based on the analysis of processes;  − a model of motivational expansion was built, the process was presented in BPMN notation;  − the best CMMS system was selected based on the requirements and limitations, based on the market analysis;  − a system implementation plan was developed;  − the cost of project operations and the economic efficiency of the project were calculated;  − project risks were identified. The field of application of results is the automation of maintenance and repair processes in a heating company using a CMMS system. The scientific novelty is the development and substantiation of the methodology for automating maintenance and repair processes in the company OOO RST Energy using the CMMS system to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise. Conclusions. The tasks of the final qualifying work have been solved, the goal has been achieved.
