Целью данного исследования является повышение эффективности деятельности финансовых технологических компаний путем анализа факторов, влияющих на их работу, а также разработку соответствующих рекомендаций. Для достижения данной цели необходимо поставить следующие задачи: 1. Определить факторы, влияющие на работу международных финансово-технологических компаний. 2. Изучить  взаимосвязь между факторами, которые влияют друг на друга. 3. Собрать данные, оказывающие влияние на факторы. 4. Построить многофакторную регрессионную модель. 5. Разработать рекомендации, направленные на улучшение работы финансовых технологических компаний с целью повышения эффективности корпоративной деятельности. В данной работе использовались следующие методы: анализ, синтез и обобщение, регрессионный анализ, матричное моделирование. Информационную базу исследования составили открытые источники в сети Интернет, монографии и журналы, посвященные проблемам эффективности деятельности финансовых технологических компаний· Объектом данного исследования являются международные ФинТех-компании, активно работающие в финансовой сфере. Практическая значимость работы состоит в оценке факторов, влияющих на работу ФинТех-компаний, с целью определения степени их влияния и разработки соответствующих рекомендаций по улучшению их работы.

The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of financial technology companies by analyzing the factors affecting their work and making appropriate recommendations. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: 1. Identify the factors affecting the work of international financial and technology companies. 2. To study the relationship between the factors that influence each other. 3. Collect data on the impact of factors. 4. Build a multifactorial regression model. 5. Develop recommendations aimed at improving the work of financial technology companies in order to increase the efficiency of corporate activities. The information base of the study was made up of open sources on the Internet, monographs and journals devoted to the problems of efficiency of financial technology companies· The object of this research is an international fintech company active in the financial sector on a global scale. The practical significance of the work consists in assessing the factors affecting the work of fintech companies in order to determine the degree of their influence and develop appropriate recommendations for improving the work of fintech companies.
