Данная работа посвящена разработке стратегии развития для нефтехимических предприятий на примере китайской компании Sinopec и оценку её социально-экономических эффектов. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1.Исследовать теоретические основы стратегического управления на промышленном предприятии; 2.Анализировать факторы, влияющие на систему стратегического управления нефтехимическими предприятиями; 3.Провести стратегический анализ корпоративной деятельности Sinopec; 4.Предоставить рекомендации по выбору и реализации Sinopec; 5.Оценить социально-экономическое воздействие на Sinopec. Работа основана на теории стратегического управления предприятием. Благодаря построению модели PEST и модели пяти сил Портера выявлено, что нефтехимическая промышленность переживает тенденцию зеленого развития; анализ внутренней среды показывает, что Sinopec имеет значительные ресурсные преимущества и способность восполнять недостатки. В результате была использованы матрица EFE и матрица IFE для обобщения информации, необходимой для формулирования стратегии; затем матрица SWOT и матрицы IE были использованы для сравнения эффективных стратегических планов; наконец, на основе количественной матрицы стратегического планирования (QSPM) стратегия диверсификации была выбрана в качестве стратегии развития Sinopec. Используя анализ чистой приведенной стоимости (NPV) в качестве инструмента оценки, было подтверждено, что стратегия развития окажет положительное влияние на социальные и экономические выгоды компании. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы/разработаны следующие информационные технологии: Google Chrome, Firefox и Yandex Browser; Power BI Desktop; Bloomberg Terminal и Sinopec Annual Reports.

The given work focuses on developing a corporate development strategy for petrochemical enterprises, using Chinas Sinopec as a case study, with an evaluation of its socio-economic impacts. The research set the following goals: 1.Investigate the theoretical foundations of strategic management in industrial enterprises; 2.Analysis factors influencing the strategic management system of petrochemical companies; 3.Conduct a strategic analysis of Sinopecs corporate operations; 4.Provide recommendations for selecting and implementing Sinopecs corporate development strategy; 5.Assess the socio-economic impact of proposed measures on Sinopec. The work was based based on the theory of strategic enterprise management. Through the construction of the PEST model and Porters five forces model, it is found that the petrochemical industry is experiencing a green development trend; the analysis of the internal environment shows that Sinopec has significant resource advantages and the ability to make up for shortcomings. As a result, the EFE matrix and IFE matrix were used to summarize the information needed for strategy formulation; then the SWOT matrix and IE matrices were used to compare effective strategic plans; finally, based on the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM), the diversification strategy was selected as the development strategy of Sinopec. Using the net present value (NPV) analysis as the evaluation tool, it was confirmed that the development strategy will have a positive impact on the social and economic benefits of the company. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used/developed in this paper: Google Chrome, Firefox and Yandex Browser; Power BI Desktop; Bloomberg Terminal and Sinopec Annual Reports.
