В этой статье проводится углубленный анализ, основанный на изучении развития "зеленого" финансирования в провинции Ганьсу в контексте достижения двух углеродных целей. С усилением глобального изменения климата стратегия "углеродного пика и углеродной нейтральности" стала важным направлением экономических преобразований в Китае, а "зеленое" финансирование все больше ценится как ключевой инструмент поддержки улучшения состояния окружающей среды и борьбы с изменением климата. В исследовании систематически рассматриваются текущая ситуация, проблемы и вызов развития "зеленых" финансов в провинции Ганьсу с помощью анализа литературы, статистических данных и тематических исследований. Исследование показало, что провинция Ганьсу добилась определенного прогресса в расширении масштабов "зеленого" кредитования и выпуска "зеленых" облигаций, но по-прежнему сталкивается с такими проблемами, как несоответствие стандартам "зеленого" финансирования, недостаточная инновационность продуктов и несовершенный механизм управления рисками. В ответ на эти проблемы в настоящем документе предлагаются пути развития.

This article conducts an in-depth analysis based on the exploration of green finance development in Gansu Province in the context of the dual carbon goals. With the intensification of global climate change, the "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" strategy has become an important direction for Chinas economic transformation, and green finance is increasingly valued as a key tool to support environmental improvement and address climate change. The study systematically examines the current situation, problems and challenges of green finance development in Gansu Province through literature analysis, data statistics and case studies. The study found that Gansu Province has made some progress in the scale of green credit and the issuance of green bonds, but still faces problems such as inconsistent green finance standards, insufficient product innovation and an imperfect risk management mechanism. In response to these problems, this paper proposes development paths such as building a complete green credit system, expanding diversified green investment and financing channels, strengthening policy support and incentive mechanisms, improving the risk assessment system, and promoting interdepartmental collaboration. The research results are of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the construction of a green financial system in Gansu Province and supporting regional ecological and environmental protection and the green transformation of the economy.
