В связи с ускоренным развитием глобальной цифровой экономики цифровая валюта центральных банков стала стратегическим объектом финансовой конкуренции в различных странах. Китай включил цифровой юань (e-CNY) в “14-й пятилетний план” и основные цели на период до 2035 года, уточнив свое основное позиционирование как “служащее реальной экономике и способствующее научно-техническим инновациям”. Являясь первой в мире крупномасштабной пилотной легальной цифровой валютой, цифровой юань предоставляет базовые инструменты для реконструкции финансовой экосистемы научно-технических инноваций благодаря таким техническим характеристикам, как “оплата как взаиморасчет” и “умные контракты”, повышает точность финансовых субсидий, расширяет применение таких сценариев, как финансирование под залог интеллектуальной собственности решает проблемы разрозненности информации и фрагментации кредитов в традиционной финансовой системе. В этом исследовании я сосредоточусь на проблемах и стратегиях преодоления их.

With the accelerated evolution of the global digital economy, the central banks digital currency has become the strategic focus of financial competition in various countries. China has incorporated the Digital Yuan (e-CNY) into the “14th Five-Year Plan” and the outline of the 2035 Vision goals, clarifying its core positioning of “serving the real economy and enabling scientific and technological innovation”. As the worlds first large-scale pilot legal digital currency, the digital yuan provides the underlying tools for the reconstruction of the science and technology innovation financial ecosystem through technical characteristics such as “payment as settlement” and “smart contracts”, improves the accuracy of financial subsidies, expands the application of scenarios such as intellectual property pledge financing, and solves the problems of information silos and credit fragmentation in the traditional financial system. In this research, I will focus on the challenges and coping strategies faced by the Digital Yuan in the development process. Through literature research method and detailed analysis, the article plans to comprehensively sort out the various problems encountered in the development of the Digital Yuan, as well as the core strategies adopted and the results achieved. The content covers specific measures in technology research and development, improvement of regulatory framework, promotion of international cooperation, expansion of application scenarios, strengthening of financial infrastructure, and public education. The research will delve into the obstacles and attempts faced by the Digital Yuan in the development process, and assess the impact of these changes on its overall operational efficiency and market competitiveness. With the help of a combination of literature review and case analysis, this article aims to conduct an in-depth discussion on the development of the Digital Yuan, hoping to provide a comprehensive analytical perspective and propose corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems encountered in the development process.
