Цель работы: сбор и анализ гидрометеорологических, ледовых и литодинамических данных района, разработка компоновочных и конструктивных решений, проверка прочности и устойчивости конструкции и разработка решений организации строительства. В данной магистерской диссертации были определены и проанализированы исходные данные по местоположению района строительства, разработаны 2 варианта компоновки причальных сооружений, произведено описание и сбор действующих нагрузок, и, как результат работы, подобрана конструкция, обеспечивающая требованиям по безопасности и долговечности, и произведено ее расчетное обоснование, разработаны решения по организации строительства с учётом нормативных требований и особенностями местоположения Объекта (арктическая зона России). Результаты данной магистерской диссертации могут быть использованы при проектировании аналогичных поротых комплексов Северного морского пути.

The subject of the graduate qualification work: Cargo Quay in the Waters of Obskaya Bay. Object of research: a cargo terminal with two universal berths located on the western coast of the Gydan Peninsula in the central sector of Obskaya Bay, Kara Sea. Purpose of the study: collection and analysis of hydrometeorological, ice and lithodynamic data of the area, development of layout and structural solutions, verification of structural strength and stability, and development of construction management solutions. In this masters thesis, the initial data on the location of the construction area were determined and analyzed, 2 variants of the layout of berthing facilities were developed, a description and collection of existing loads were carried out, and, as a result of the work, a design was selected that meets the requirements for safety and durability, and its design justification was carried out, solutions for the organization of construction were developed taking into account regulatory requirements and the location of the Object (the Arctic zone of Russia). The results of this masters thesis can be used in the design of similar porous complexes of the Northern Sea Route.
