Currently, a number of countries around the world, including the Russian Federation, are in some way involved in implementing the Chinese "One Belt, One Road" initiative, which was announced in 2013 by President Xi Jinping. To date, a number of projects have already been implemented as part of this initiative. However, the author substantiates the point of view that this initiative is ambiguous for the participating countries in economic, financial, social and international aspects. A number of countries have already encountered significant problems in implementing this initiative. The lack of transparency in the rules and procedures for bidding and procurement on the part of the Chinese side necessitates the Russian Federations active exploration and creation of mechanisms, including those at the international level within the EAEU (European Economic Area), that would ensure normal business relations and efficiency in all areas of the national economy. Such mechanisms should ensure effective environmental protection as well as social development. For this, in our opinion, it is important to strengthen administrative capacity. In this literature review, the author explores the different points of view of scientists on the prospects for the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and Russia’s participation in it.

В настоящее время ряд стран по всему миру, включая Российскую Федерацию, так или иначе вовлечены в реализацию китайской инициативы «Один пояс, один путь», о которой в 2013 году объявил председатель КНР Си Цзиньпин. На сегодняшний день в рамках данной инициативы уже реализован ряд проектов. Однако автор обосновывает точку зрения, что данная инициатива неоднозначна для стран-участниц в экономическом, финансовом, социальном и международном аспектах. Ряд стран уже столкнулись со значительными проблемами при реализации данной инициативы. Отсутствие прозрачности в правилах и процедурах проведения торгов и закупок со стороны китайской стороны требует от Российской Федерации активного изучения и создания механизмов, в том числе на международном уровне в рамках ЕАЭС (Европейской экономической зоны), которые обеспечивали бы нормальные деловые отношения и эффективность во всех сферах деятельности. Национальная экономика. Такие механизмы должны обеспечивать эффективную охрану окружающей среды, а также социальное развитие. Для этого, на наш взгляд, важно укрепить административный потенциал. В этом обзоре литературы автор исследует различные точки зрения ученых на перспективы инициативы «Один пояс, один путь» и участие в ней России.
