Данная работа посвящена разработке модели по миграции малой организации на новый программный продукт, позволяющей ей более эффективно управлять цифровой трансформацией ее бизнес-процессов. Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы: 1. Анализ существующих теоретических основ и методологии управления цифровой трансформацией бизнес-процессов в организациях. 2. Анализ хозяйственной деятельности ЦПК «Профессионал». 3. Определение проблем в бизнес-процессах ЦПК «Профессионал». 4. Разработка и предложение мероприятий по нивелированию или устранению выявленных у ЦПК «Профессионал» проблем. 5. Оценка предложенных мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе Учреждения ЦПК «Профессионал», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: результаты анализа деятельности ЦПК «Профессионал». Описание и оценка бизнес-процессов центра показали, что организации необходимо произвести импортозамещение используемого программного обеспечения. Анализ проводился эмпирическими и общенаучными методами при помощи инструментов Draw.io и Stormbpmn, предназначенных для моделирования бизнес-процессов. В результате были выявлены недостатки в существующих на сегодняшний день методиках по замене цифровых продуктов у компаний и предложена авторская модель по переводу малых организаций на новые программные продукты, которая смогла нивелировать проблемы предшествующих методик. На основании разработанной модели был спроектирован проект по миграции ЦПК «Профессионал» с MS Access на 1C:Управление учебным центром. В заключении работы была произведена оценка предложенных ЦПК «Профессионал» мероприятий. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии: персональный компьютер, Google Chrome, Yandex Browser, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), 1C:Управление учебным центром, 1C:Бухгалтерия, 1C:Зарплата и управление персоналом, Stormbpmn, Draw.io.

The given work is devoted to the development of a model for the migration of a small organization to a new software product, which allows it to more effectively manage the digital transformation of its business processes. The research sets the following goals: 1. Analysis of the existing theoretical foundations and methodology for managing the digital transformation of business processes in organizations. 2. Analysis of the business activities of the training center «Professional». 3. Identification of problems in the business processes of the training center «Professional». 4. Development and proposal of measures for leveling or eliminating the problems identified in the training center «Professional». 5. Evaluation of the proposed activities. The work was fulfilled on the premises of the training center «Professional», where a significant part of the factual material was collected: the results of the analysis of the activities of the training center «Professional». The description and evaluation of the centers business processes have shown that the organization needs to make import substitution of the software used. The analysis was carried out using empirical and general scientific methods using tools Draw.io and Stormbpmn, designed for business process modeling. As a result, disadvantages of current methods for replacing digital products in companies were identified and an authors model for the transfer of small organizations to new software products was proposed, which was able to offset the problems of previous methods. Based on the developed model, the migration project for the training center «Professional» from MS Access to 1C:Management of the training center was designed. At the end of the work, the evaluation of the measures proposed to the training center «Professional» was carried out. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used in the work: personal computer, Google Chrome, Yandex Browser, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), 1C:Management of the training center, 1C:Accounting department, 1C:Salary and Personnel Management, Stormbpmn, Draw.io.
