Данная работа посвящена исследованию - изучить и оценить цифровую трансформацию компании Ningde Times (CATL). Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Теория управления цифровыми инновациями. 2. Анализ компании Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. 3. Анализ существующей управленческой модели цифровыми инновациями CATL. 4. Оценка эффективности предложенной модели. Работа проведена на базе общих научных методов исследования, в основном с использованием системного анализа, анализа сложности и других методов, с целью разъяснения сущности цифровой трансформации, разработки методов оценки результатов цифровой трансформации и оценки тенденций развития. В работе использованы материалы публикаций в периодических изданиях, монографий, научных конференций и семинаров по исследуемой проблематике. Исследование обобщило модель и путь ее цифровой трансформации и предложило, чтобы предприятия развивались в соответствии со своими собственными условиями, добивались общего прогресса под руководством основных предприятий и развивались инновационно. Предполагается, что с помощью тематических исследований это послужит ориентиром для цифровой трансформации обрабатывающей промышленности, вдохновит на цифровую трансформацию предприятий в той же отрасли и возглавит новое направление развития отрасли.

The given work is devoted to study and evaluate the digital transformation of Ningde Times Company (CATL). The research set the following goals: 1. Theory of digital innovation management. 2. Analysis of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Ltd. 3. Analysis of the existing management model of CATL digital innovation. 4. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed model. The work is carried out on the basis of general scientific research methods, mainly using system analysis, complexity analysis and other methods, in order to clarify the essence of digital transformation, develop methods for evaluating the results of digital transformation and assess development trends. The work uses materials from publications in periodicals, monographs, scientific conferences and seminars on the issues under study. The study summarized the model and path of its digital transformation and proposed that enterprises develop according to their own conditions, achieve common progress under the leadership of core enterprises, and develop innovatively. It is expected that through case studies, this will serve as a guide for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, inspire the digital transformation of enterprises in the same industry, and lead a new direction in the development of the industry.
