Целью исследования является разработка комплекса мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование стратегии развития Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd., с учетом внешних и внутренних факторов, влияющих на эффективность функционирования компании. Исследование выполнялось на базе компании Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd. Использованные методы: логические способы обработки информации, аналитические методы научного наблюдения, сравнения, измерения, анализа и синтеза, контентный и сравнительный анализ. Основные результаты исследования: - исследованы теоретические основы разработки стратегии развития предприятия; - проведена краткая характеристику деятельности Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd.; - существен анализ факторов внешней и внутренней среды, оказывающих влияние на формирование стратегии развития предприятия; - разработан комплекс мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование стратегии развития Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd.; - проведена оценку эффективности предложенных мероприятий и обоснование их значимости для достижения стратегических целей предприятия. Область применения результатов ВКР - возможности реализации предложенных мероприятий по совершенствованию стратегии развития предприятия в аналогичной компании. При работе над ВКР использованы цифровые технологии: Microsoft Office, в том числе Microsoft Word и Microsoft Excel. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the study is to develop a set of measures aimed at improving the development strategy of Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd., taking into account external and internal factors affecting the companys performance. The work has been carried out on the materials of Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd. Research methods used: logical methods of information processing, analytical methods of scientific observation, comparison, measurement, analysis and synthesis, content and comparative analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the theoretical foundations of the development strategy of the enterprise are investigated; - conducted a brief description of the activities of Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd.; - conducted an analysis of the factors of the external and internal environment that influence the formation of the companys development strategy; - a set of measures aimed at improving the development strategy of Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corporation Ltd. has been developed; - the effectiveness of the proposed measures has been assessed and their significance for achieving the strategic goals of the enterprise has been substantiated. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application: the possibility of implementing the proposed measures to improve the companys development strategy in a similar company. Information technologies Microsoft Office, Including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, were used while working on the graduate qualification work. Conclusions. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
