Данная работа посвящена созданию новых процессов обслуживания производственного оборудования и разработке проекта внедрения изменений. Задачи, которые решались в ходе работы: 1. Анализ существующих процессов по обслуживанию и бенчмаркинг бизнес-процессов обслуживания производственного оборудования в промышленных компаниях. 2. Разработка новых бизнес-процессов обслуживания производственного оборудования, основанных на принципах TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). 3. Внедрение разработанных бизнес-процессов по обслуживанию производственного оборудования. 4. Оценка эффективности результатов внедрения Материалы для работы были получены в рамках производственной практики на предприятии: изучен архив производственного отдела компании, опрошены ключевые сотрудники процесса и проведён аудит бизнес-процессов. В результате выполнения работы разработаны новые процессы обслуживания производственного оборудования, основанные на принципах TPM и использующие датчики мониторинга фактического состояния оборудования.

This work is devoted to the creation of new processes for the maintenance of production equipment and the development of a project for the implementation of changes. Tasks that were solved during the work: 1. Analysis of existing maintenance processes and benchmarking of business processes for maintenance of production equipment in industrial companies. 2. Development of new business processes for the maintenance of production equipment based on the principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). 3. Implementation of the developed business processes for the maintenance of production equipment. 4. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation results. The materials for the work were obtained as part of an industrial practice at the enterprise: the archive of the companys production department was studied, key employees of the process were interviewed, and an audit of business processes was conducted. As a result of the work, new maintenance processes for production equipment have been developed, based on the principles of TPM and using sensors to monitor the actual condition of the equipment.
