Организация Объединенных Наций, в членах которой состоят 193 государства, является одной из важнейших международных организаций. Российская Федерация, как правопреемником СССР, является одним из государств-основателей ООН. Предметом исследования являлась совокупность политических действий Организации Объединенных Наций по обеспечению реализации уставных целей и задач ООН в течение 80 лет после ее учреждения. Целью данной работы являлось исследование активного участия правительств СССР и России в создании и в деятельности Организации Объединенных Наций. Задачи, которые решались в работе: исторический анализ предпосылок создания ООН до 1945 года, а также степени участия мировых лидеров и аспектов учреждения ООН; изучение особенностей современной структуры ООН, сформировавшейся за период активного функционирования организации; исследование основных аспектов и результатов активного участия представителей СССР и Российской Федерации в деятельности ООН, в том числе в Совете Безопасности. В работе комплексно применялись хронологический и аналитический методы, исходя из содержания изучаемых аспектов. Результаты работы в дальнейшем могут быть использованы в теоретических и методических работах.

The United Nations, with 193 member states, is one of the most important international organizations. The Russian Federation, as the successor to the USSR, is one of the founding states of the UN. The subject of the research was the totality of political actions of the United Nations to ensure the implementation of the UNs statutory goals and objectives over the 80 years since its establishment. The purpose of this work was to study the active participation of the governments of the USSR and Russia in the creation and activities of the United Nations. The tasks that were solved in the work: 1. Historical analysis of the prerequisites for the creation of the UN before 1945, as well as the degree of participation of world leaders and aspects of the establishment of the UN. 2. Studying the features of the modern structure of the UN, which was formed during the period of active functioning of the organization. 3. Investigation of the main aspects and results of the active participation of representatives of the USSR and the Russian Federation in the activities of the UN, including the Security Council. Chronological and analytical methods were comprehensively applied in the work, based on the content of the aspects studied. The results of the work can be further used in theoretical and methodological works.
