Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ и разработка рекомендаций по использованию специальных экономических знаний при осуществлении контроля и выявлении нарушений, связанных с государственными закупками. Были решены следующие задачи: - рассмотрены теоретические аспекты контроля государственных закупок; - рассмотрены особенности проведения контрольных мероприятий Контрольно-счетной палаты Сосновоборского городского округа; - проведен анализ деятельности по осуществлению контроля и выявлении нарушений, связанных с государственными закупками Контрольно-счетной палаты Сосновоборского городского округа Ленинградской области; - разработаны рекомендации по использованию специальных экономических в области контрольных мероприятий, связанных с государственными закупками. Источниками информации выступили законодательные и нормативные акты РФ в области государственных закупок, научная литература по государственному финансовому  контролю, данные с официального сайта Контрольно-счетной палаты муниципального образования Сосновоборский городской округ Ленинградской области, материалы Интернет-публикаций. Практическая значимость работы заключается в разработке предложений и рекомендаций Контрольно-счетной палаты Сосновоборского городского округа в целях совершенствования специальных знаний по контролю в сфере государственных закупок. Анализ и обработка данных проводилась с помощью пакета MS Office (Word, Excel).

The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analyze and develop recommendations on the use of special economic knowledge in the control and detection of violations related to the execution of public procurement. The following tasks were solved: - considered theoretical aspects of control of public procurement; - the peculiarities of control activities of the Control and Accounts Chamber of the municipal formation of Sosnovoborsky urban district of the Leningrad region were considered; - analyzed the activities of the Control and Accounts Chamber of the Sosnovoborsky Municipal District of the Leningrad Region in controlling and detecting violations related to public procurement; - analyzed the peculiarities of control activities of the Control and Accounts Chamber of the Sosnovoborsky Municipal District of the Leningrad Region; - developed recommendations on the use of special economic in the field of control activities related to public procurement. The sources of information were legislative and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of public procurement, scientific literature on public financial control, data from the official website of the Audit and Accounts Cham-ber of the municipal formation Sosnovoborsky urban district of the Leningrad region, materials of Internet publications. The practical significance of the work lies in the development of proposals and recommendations of the Control and Accounts Chamber of the Sosnovoborsky Municipal District to improve specialized knowledge on control in the field of public procurement. The data were analyzed and processed using MS Office package (Word, Excel).
