Данная работа посвящена проектированию источника теплоснабжения, снабжающей норильский молочный завод паром, а также теплоснабжающей прилегающий жилой район. Строительство новой ТЭЦ позволит предприятию увеличить объем выпускаемой продукции и количество рабочих мест. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1) Расчет тепловых нагрузок 2) Выбор основного и вспомогательного оборудования станции 3) Разработка и расчет тепловой схемы 4) Разработка генерального плана ТЭЦ и компоновок главного корпуса 5) Разработка систем обеспечения работы ТЭЦ, а именно система теплоснабжения, система удаления продуктов горения топлива, система технического водоснабжения и система водоподготовки 6)Расчет годовых показателей ТЭЦ В работе использовались такие программы Excel и nanoCAD. Результаты данной работы могут быть использованы как проектными организациями, так и инженерами конструкторского бюро при проектировании станции на близкие параметры.

This work is devoted to the design of a heat supply source supplying the Norilsk Dairy Plant with steam, as well as supplying heat to the adjacent residential area. The construction of a new CHP will allow the enterprise to increase the volume of manufactured products and the number of jobs. The tasks that were solved during the study: 1) Calculation of heat loads 2) Selection of the main and auxiliary equipment of the station 3) Development and calculation of the heat scheme 4) Development of the general plan of the CHP and layouts of the main building 5) Development of systems for ensuring the operation of the CHP, namely the heat supply system, the system for removing fuel combustion products, the system technical water supply and water treatment system 6)Calculation of annual indicators of the thermal power plant The following programs were used in the work: Excel and nanoCAD. The results of this work can be used by both design organizations and design bureau engineers when designing a station for similar parameters.
