Тема работы бакалавра: «Повышение эффективности функционала нефтегазовой компании за счёт внедрения цифровых технологий». Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности функционала нефтегазовой компании за счет внедрения цифровых технологий. Работа выполнена на базе научных трудов отечественных и зарубежных ученых в области цифрового развития нефтегазового комплекса, отчетов и документации ПАО «Газпром нефть», электронных ресурсов. Использованные методы: SWOT – анализ, сравнительный анализ, моделирование. Основные результаты работы: – сделан обзор существующих цифровых технологий; – проведен анализ перспектив развития нефтегазовой отрасли в условиях цифровой трансформации; – проанализирован опыт ПАО «Газпром нефть»; – выявлены ключевые аспекты в цифровой стратегии компании; – разработаны рекомендации по внедрению цифровой технологии; – оценена эффективность предложенного решения. Область применения результатов ВКР возможность использования разработанного предложения по повышению эффективности функционала нефтегазовой компании посредством внедрения цифровой технологии в процесс логистики. При работе над ВКР использованы цифровые технологии MS Word, MS Excel, Yandex Browser, Консультант Плюс Эксперт, Google Chrome, Acrobat Reader, 7-zip. Выводы. В рамках работы были получены рекомендации и предложения по повышению эффективности за счет внедрения цифровых технологий в нефтегазовую компанию. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The title of the bachelors thesis: “Increasing the efficiency of the oil and gas companys functionality through the introduction of digital technologies”. The aim of the graduate qualification work is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the oil and gas companys functionality through the introduction of digital technologies. The work is based on scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of digital development of the oil and gas complex, reports and documentation of Gazprom Neft PJSC, and electronic resources. Research methods used: SWOT analysis, comparative analysis, modeling. The main results of the graduate qualification work: – an overview of existing digital technologies is made; – the analysis of the prospects for the development of the oil and gas industry in the context of digital transformation is carried out; – the experience of Gazprom Neft PJSC has been analyzed; – key aspects of the companys digital strategy have been identified; – recommendations on the introduction of digital technology have been developed; – the effectiveness of the proposed solution is evaluated. The scope of the WRC results is the possibility of using the developed proposal to increase the efficiency of the oil and gas companys functionality through the introduction of digital technology into the logistics process. When working on the graduate qualification work, digital technologies MS Word, MS Excel, Yandex Browser, Consultant Plus Expert, Google Chrome, Acrobat Reader, 7-zip were used. Conclusions. As part of the work, recommendations and suggestions for improving efficiency through the introduction of digital technologies into the oil and gas company were studied. The graduate qualification work have been solved, the goal has been achieved, and the scope of the results has been determined.
