Цель работы заключается в разработке рекомендаций по повышению эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и стимулированию роста товарооборота и оценки их эффективности. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: - раскрыты теоретические основы понятия товарооборота, его структуры и факторов, влияющих на его формирование; - исследованы существующие методы оценки эффективности деятельности торгового предприятия; - проведен анализ динамики и структуры товарооборота ПАО «Магнит» за выбранный период; - оценена эффективность хозяйственной деятельности предприятия на основе ключевых финансово-экономических показателей; - выявлены проблемы и ограничения в развитии торговой деятельности компании; - разработаны рекомендации, направленные на повышение товарооборота и улучшение финансово-хозяйственных результатов. Работа выполнялась в Публичном акционерном обществе «Магнит». В ходе работы были рассмотрены текущие стратегии развития торгового предприятия, проведены: оценка товарооборота компании, прибыли и рентабельности, ликвидности и платежеспособности. Результатом работы стала разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и стимулированию роста товарооборота торгового предприятия на примере ПАО «Магнит».

The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of economic activities and stimulating the growth of trade turnover and evaluating their effectiveness. In the course of the research, the following tasks were solved: - the theoretical foundations of the concept of turnover, its structure and the factors influencing its formation are revealed; - the existing methods of evaluating the effectiveness of a trading company are investigated; - the analysis of the dynamics and structure of the turnover of PJSC Magnit for the selected period has been carried out; - the efficiency of the economic activity of the enterprise is assessed on the basis of key financial and economic indicators; - problems and limitations in the development of the companys trading activities have been identified; - recommendations have been developed aimed at increasing trade turnover and improving financial and economic results. The work was carried out in the Public Joint Stock Company "Magnit". In the course of the work, the current development strategies of the trading company were reviewed, and the companys turnover, profit and profitability, liquidity and solvency were assessed. The result of the work was the development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of economic activity and stimulating the growth of trade turnover of a trading enterprise using the example of PJSC Magnit.
