В данной работе рассматриваются теоретико-правовые аспекты развития и становления законодательства правового регулирования создания и регистрации некоммерческих организаций в виде ассоциаций на территории Российской Федерации. В процессе исследования решались следующие задачи: рассмотрены существующие в юридической литературе подходы к деятельности некоммерческих организаций в форме ассоциаций, проанализирован исторический опыт; определены основные признаки деятельности ассоциаций; проанализированы содержание, цели и функции, виды деятельности ассоциаций; изучены особенности структуры и механизма деятельности ассоциаций; определены основные направления совершенствования процесса создания и регистрации некоммерческих организаций в форме ассоциаций.

This work considers theoretical and legal aspects of the development and formation of legislation of legal regulation of the creation and registration of non-profit organizations in the form of associations on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the process of research the following tasks were solved: the existing approaches to the activities of non-profit organizations in the form of associations in the legal literature were considered, the historical experience was analyzed; the main features of the activities of associations were determined; the content, goals and functions, types of activities of associations were analyzed; the peculiarities of the structure and mechanism of activities of associations were studied; the main directions of improving the process of creation and registration of non-profit organizations in the form of associations were determined.
