Данная работа посвящена исследованию становления и развития международно-правового регулирования в сфере охраны промышленной собственности. Цель выпускной квалификационной работы состоит во всестороннем изучении становления и развития международно-правового регулирования в сфере охраны промышленной собственности. В работе рассматриваются: - теоретико-правовые основы охраны промышленной собственности, а именно понятие и объекты промышленной собственности, принципы международной защиты промышленной собственности, а также этапы становления международно-правового регулирования охраны промышленной собственности; - международное регулирование трансграничных отношений в сфере охраны промышленной собственности и информационных технологий, в том числе международное регулирование трансграничных отношений в сфере промышленной собственности на основе блокчейн-технологии; - особенности правового регулирования трансграничных отношений в сфере промышленной собственности, реализуемых с использованием искусственного интеллекта. Результаты работы позволяют выявить основные проблемы правоприменения международных норм и пути совершенствования международно-правовой системы охраны промышленной собственности.

This work is devoted to the study of the formation and development of international legal regulation in the field of industrial property protection. The purpose of the final qualification is to comprehensively study the formation and development of international legal regulation in the field of industrial property protection. The paper considers: - the theoretical and legal foundations of industrial property protection, namely the concept and objects of industrial property, the principles of international protection of industrial property, as well as the stages of the formation of international legal regulation of industrial property protection; - international regulation of cross-border relations in the field of industrial property protection and information technology, including international regulation of cross-border relations in the field of industrial property based on blockchain technology; - features of the legal regulation of cross-border relations in the field of industrial property implemented using artificial intelligence. The results of the work make it possible to identify the main problems of law enforcement of international norms and ways to improve the international legal system for the protection of industrial property.
