Данная выпускная квалификационная работа изучает вопросы, связанные с международно-правовой и внутригосударственной защитой прав детей с ОВЗ (ограниченными возможностями здоровья), в ней исследуются теоретико-правовые инструменты прав детей с ОВЗ, а также рассматривается история становления международно-правовой защиты прав детей. Повествуется о механизмах защиты прав детей в международном и российском праве (универсальных и региональных), и особенности внедрения международного опыта по защите прав детей в Российской Федерации, включая правоприменительную практику по данному вопросу.
This final thesis examines issues related to international and domestic legal protection of the rights of children with disabilities, examines the theoretical and legal instruments of the rights of children with disabilities, and examines the history of the formation of international legal protection of childrens rights. It describes the mechanisms for protecting childrens rights in international and Russian law (universal and regional), and the specifics of implementing international experience in protecting childrens rights in the Russian Federation, including law enforcement practice on this issue.
