Данная работа посвящена изучению системы взаимодействий адвокатов и средств массовой информации, а также анализу и исследованию ролей и ответственности сторон в обеспечении прав граждан на доступ к информации и юридическую защиту. Методология исследования включает анализ нормативно-правовых актов в области взаимодействия адвокатов и средств массовой информации. В ходе исследования решались следующие задачи: 1. Изучение теоретических основ взаимодействий адвокатов и СМИ. 2. Анализ современного состояния законодательства и практики его применения в сфере коммуникации между адвокатами и СМИ. 3. Выявление проблем, существующих в законодательстве и на практике, изучение способов их предотвращения. В результате исследования разработаны предложения по рекомендации для совершенствования системы взаимодействий адвокатов и СМИ для обеспечения защиты прав человека на информацию, которые, как представляется, могут в будущем положительно отразиться на правовой системе. Область применения результатов исследования заключается в рекомендациях по соблюдению современного законодательства в сфере взаимодействий адвокатов и СМИ, что способствует улучшению положения правовой системы и повышению правовой грамотности общества.

This work is devoted to the study of the system of interactions between lawyers and the media, as well as the analysis and study of the roles and responsibilities of the parties in ensuring the rights of citizens to access information and legal protection. The research methodology includes the analysis of regulatory legal acts in the field of interactions between lawyers and the media. The following tasks were solved during the study: 1. Study of the theoretical foundations of interactions between lawyers and the media. 2. Analysis of the current state of legislation and the practice of its application in the field of communication between lawyers and the media. 3. Identification of problems existing in legislation and in practice, study of ways to prevent them. As a result of the study, proposals for recommendations for improving the system of interactions between lawyers and the media to ensure the protection of human rights to information were developed, which, as it seems, may have a positive impact on the legal system in the future. The scope of application of the results of the study is recommendations for compliance with modern legislation in the field of interactions between lawyers and the media, which contributes to improving the situation of the legal system and increasing the legal literacy of society.
