Данная работа посвящена исследованию эволюции международно-правовых механизмов охраны авторских прав, анализу современных вызовов в условиях цифровизации и разработке предложений по совершенствованию регулирования. Основное внимание уделено историческим этапам формирования системы, а также актуальным проблемам, связанным с онлайн-пиратством, коллизиями национальных законодательств и защитой прав в эпоху искусственного интеллекта. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: проследить исторические этапы становления международной системы охраны авторских прав, проанализировать современные международные договоры, выделить ключевые принципы и нормы международной охраны, изучить деятельность международных институтов и выявить их роль в правоприменении, а также разработать предложения по совершенствованию правового регулирования. Данная работа вносит вклад в развитие доктрины международного авторского права, предлагая решения для современных вызовов, включая цифровизацию и глобализацию творческих индустрий.

This work is devoted to the study of the evolution of international legal mechanisms of copyright protection, the analysis of international legal regulation in the field of copyright protection, analysis of modern challenges in the conditions of digitalization and development of proposals to improve regulation. The main attention is paid to the historical stages of the system’s formation, as well as current problems related to online piracy, conflicts of national laws and protection of rights in the era of digitalization. Objectives of the study: to trace the historical stages of formation of the international system of copyright protection, to analyze the modern international treaties, to identify the key international treaties and the key stages of copyright protection, to study the activities of international institutions and international organizations, to identify the key principles and norms of international protection, to identify the role of the international organizations in law enforcement, as well as to develop proposals to improve the legal regulation. This work contributes to the development of international copyright doctrine by offering solutions to contemporary challenges, including digitalization and globalization of creative industries.
